1. Service presentation
Visen.io is an online platform that helps teams and professionals monitor SEO performance, track keywords, analyze competitors, and use data-driven insights across one or more websites.
The service may rely on artificial intelligence or automated features to produce recommendations, summaries, or reports. Outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, or guaranteed SEO advice.
By using visen.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (including any subscription or billing conditions published on the site). They set out the rules for access, each party’s obligations, and limitations of liability.
2. Acceptance of the terms
Using the visen.io website and services means you fully and unconditionally accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the service.
We may modify these terms at any time to reflect legal, technical, or commercial changes. We will inform you of material changes by email and/or a notice on the website. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Access and acceptable use
The service is offered to registered users. Some features require an active subscription as described on the pricing page.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not share access in a way that circumvents subscription limits or fair use.
You must not misuse the platform (including scraping, probing, overloading systems, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with other users). We may suspend access pending investigation if we detect abusive or fraudulent behavior.
You remain responsible for how you use insights and exports from visen.io on your own sites and for complying with applicable laws (including intellectual property, competition, and data protection when you process third-party data).
4. Pricing and payment
Subscription plans, limits, and prices are those displayed on visen.io at the time you subscribe. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (e.g. Stripe) using the methods offered at checkout.
Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same length. Failed or late payments may result in suspension of paid features until the situation is resolved.
Taxes, if applicable, are handled according to the information you provide and applicable regulations.
5. Intellectual property
Data, reports, exports, and other materials you upload or generate in connection with your own projects remain yours, subject to your compliance with these terms and third-party rights.
The visen.io software, branding, user interface, documentation, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Hurter Design Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit our service or its components without prior written consent.
6. Liability and warranties
We strive to deliver a reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.
We are not liable for decisions you make based on rankings, scores, AI-generated suggestions, or other outputs. You are solely responsible for your SEO strategy and for content published on properties you control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss (including lost revenue or business opportunities) arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse the service, fail to pay amounts due after reminders, or use the platform in connection with unlawful activity.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or billing settings. Cancellation stops renewal; you generally retain access until the end of the paid period already started. Unless required by law, we do not refund unused time for voluntary mid-cycle cancellation.
For consumers in France: under Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for digital content without a tangible medium when performance has begun with your prior express consent, you have acknowledged losing your right of withdrawal, and we have provided the required confirmation. By completing a purchase on visen.io, you request immediate access to digital services and expressly agree that performance begins without delay; you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once access is delivered.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The “last updated” indication or notice on the site, together with email where appropriate, will inform you of significant revisions. If you disagree with an update, you must stop using the service.
9. Personal data and cookies
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. The site may use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, preferences, and audience measurement, in line with our cookie practices and your choices where applicable.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of visen.io shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France, without prejudice to mandatory provisions that may grant consumers the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
