Service presentation and acceptance

Visen.io is an online platform that helps users analyze and optimize their SEO performance across multiple websites.

By creating an account and using visen.io, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms of Use, which define the rules for accessing the service, the obligations of each party, and the limitations of liability.

If the user does not accept these terms, they must not use the site or the services.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical or commercial developments; continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Access, subscriptions, and intellectual property

Access to certain features of visen.io may require the creation of an account and/or a paid subscription.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity carried out under their account.

Subscriptions, pricing, billing and renewal conditions are specified on the site; subscriptions are generally renewed automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period.

All technologies, algorithms, interfaces, designs, trademarks and content that make up visen.io remain the exclusive property of Hurter Design Studio and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or resold without prior written authorization.

Liability, suspension, and termination

Visen.io strives to provide a high-quality and available service but does not guarantee continuous, error-free operation.

The user remains solely responsible for the use of the analyses and content generated with the platform and for compliance with applicable laws on their own sites.

In the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, fraudulent or abusive behavior, non-payment, or publication of unlawful content, visen.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account, without refund for the current subscription period, and without prejudice to any damages that may be claimed.

French law applies to these terms and any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lyon, France, unless mandatory legal provisions specify another jurisdiction.
